My personal variant of the recipe is blending the following together:

  • fresh basil leaves – 25 g
  • garlic, peeled – 10 g
  • pine nuts – 30 g
  • freshly grated Parmesan – 30 g
  • olive oil – 40ml

Though I’ll note that last time I made some that was too much olive oil, seems like I noted it wrong in my recipes.

I’d suggest to put much less oil, blend, then increase if it’s not the right consistency.
